Miller Examining Service's mission is to be your link to Ohio's Summit and Portage Counties real estate markets.

Founded by Charles A. Miller in 1981, the company currently employs 6 talented individuals with a combined experience of over 100 years. Charlie, Julie, Shawn, and Nathan are graduates of the University of Akron and have degrees in accounting, education, psychology, and electrical engineering. Charlie Miller has been in the business since 1965 and Julie Miller has been in the business since 1980. Our office manager Shawn Miller has been in the industry since 1993. We have a full service staff always located near the county offices for your examining and recording needs.

Our services Miller Examining Service, Inc. is a full service title research company serving Summit and Portage Counties in Ohio. We research all types of real estate transactions for title companies and attorneys.

Charlie Miller our president and chief examiner has over 44 years in residential, commercial, railroads and oil & gas researching.

MEET THE STAFF

	Charlie Miller, our President and chief examiner has worked in the industry since 1965. He has experience in residential, commercial, railroads, and oil & gas searches. Charlie is a graduate of St. Vincent High School and the University of Akron.
	Julie Miller, our Vice President, has worked in the industry since 1980. She has experience as an examiner, a title officer, and a supervisor and expertly schedules and reviews the exams. Julie is a graduate of Kenmore High School, the University of Akron and Kent State.
	Shawn Miller, our Vice President of Operations, is a University of Akron graduate and earned his MBA from the University of Findlay. Shawn is a senior examiner who handles client relations, expertly manages our office, and has been with us since 1993.
	Nathan Miller, a Barberton High and University of Akron graduate, is our network administrator. Nathan, an Electrical Engineer, works for us part-time. Nathan has been with the company since 1991.
	Joanne Ball, a resident of Norton, attended Barberton High School and Manchester High School. Joanne is our head secretary. She has 11 years experience in secretarial work. Joanne has been with us since 1999.
	Patrick Wilson, is our junior examiner and filer. Patrick is a graduate of Barberton High School and has been with the company since 2007. He also assists the company with IT issues.
