Miller Examining Service's mission is to be your link to Ohio's Summit County real estate markets.

Company Profile

Miller Examining Service, Inc. is solely a research company and does not issue title insurance policies of any kind. We are covered by errors and omissions insurance.

We can handle all your examining needs, from a simple exam to an entire new allotment, and even the most complex commercial real estate exams. We also can perform railroad and oil & gas exams.

We are a member of the Summit County Land Title Association (SCLTA) and the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA).

Founded by Charles A. Miller in 1981, the company has grown to employ 11 talented individuals with a combined experience of over 100 years. Most of whom attend the University of Akron and are pursuing various degrees in engineering, education, and psychology. Four of our full time employees have college degrees in accounting, education, and engineering. Charlie Miller has been in the business for over 30 years and Julie Miller has 20 years experience.
