Charlie Miller, our president, has been a title examiner in Summit County for over thirty -four years. Charlie professionally handles complex commercial exams, oil & gas searches, and any of the most difficult jobs.
Julie Miller, our vice-president, has been working at Miller Examining for over twenty years. She has been our office manager since 1989 and will do her best to serve your company's needs. Julie will return your more complicated calls and handle your problems and questions.
Turn around time varies according to the work being done. Exams should be finished in five working days or less. Legals will be faxed to you the same day or the next morning depending on the time of day that the order is received. Liens searches take approximately 24 to 48 hours.
We cover Summit County only. We would also, to avoid any confusion, like to say that we are solely a research company and do not issue policies of any kind.
